SURFACE FINISHING AUTOMATED POLISHING
Hand polishing depends on how the operator feels that morning, and on finding people willing to stand in the dust. We fix force, dwell time and path as parameters: multi-station belt and wheel machines, single unit or linked with robots and conveyors into a polishing line.
WELDING LASER SEAM WELDING
Non-contact laser seam welding: no raised bead to grind back, a dense weld. That seam decides whether the vacuum holds — and whether the flask passes insulation test at the end of the line. Everything upstream is wasted if this one step is wrong.
PACKAGING BLISTER FORMING · SEALING
Forming, punching, sealing and inline inspection in one flow, so the last step keeps up with the machines feeding it. Changeover is designed around short runs rather than one part number forever. Single station or the whole line, planned together with the processes upstream.

WHY US

Test, polishing, rolling and welding, fastening, packaging. We do not sell "automation" in general — every station is aimed at one real step in a flask or kettle line.

Rolling and welding are one station. The insulation check is a logged process step, not a person with a thermometer. We own takt and yield together, not one machine in isolation.

This is not a prototype shop. Delivered machines and the process parameters behind them are on file — you can come and see them.

Zhongshan, Guangdong. Factory visits, live demos and fast follow-up on site. For overseas projects we plan commissioning and spares up front, because a flight is not a service plan.
